About a year ago I spoke at a conference in Vancouver, and one of my Canadian readers gifted me a bag of aromatherapy products including this chamomile and ylang ylang mist that I’ve recently started spraying on my pillow at night to help me sleep. The scent is absolutely divine, and I’m sure it’s totally psychosomatic but I think it’s actually helping me sleep better. Or I guess I should say it’s helping me get back to sleep after I wake up ten times to turn my body over in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, Coco loves the smell of it, too, and I’ve caught her licking my pillow. Let’s hope it cures poop breath.
