Last night the weather was dazzling, and before we piled in the car to head to Leta’s piano lesson Marlo and I hung out in the new backyard for a bit. She hasn’t seen these toys since what? October? They’ve been covered in three feet of snow, and the time away from them made them seem brand new.
So far my favorite part about the new place is the access to southern light. Almost every room has a window facing south, and the backyard sits to the south of the house. I’m thinking it will do us all some good. Most importantly, I can finally turn down the ISO on my damn camera.
