Friday evening capped off a week of unseasonal warm weather, and all Marlo wanted to do was ride her scooter “up far and away as far as I can go.” One of the downsides of this new place is it sits in the middle of a very steep hill, so she can’t just scoot around in circles. She’d scoot very slowly up the hill and I would hold on to her as she sped down the sidewalk. Up and then back, up and then back. Again and again. Next time I’m driving her to a parking lot and just letting her loose.
