Coming very, very soon

Jon and I have been working non-stop for the last several days on this year's calendar, scouring thousands of photos for the ones that capture Chuck's superior snuggableness. And it made me realize, rarely does this dog not have something balancing on his head. Although I don't think we pushed that skill of his as far as we could have, and I'm hoping that next year you'll see many more photos of Chuck balancing far trickier things on his skull, like large kitchen appliances or maybe a weed whacker.

The calendar is almost finished and will be available within the next week. I'm happy to say that working on this has brought me an immeasurable amount of joy, and that looking back through all these memories makes me realize how lucky I am to have such a ferocious, menacing creature in my life.
