I saw these beautiful stacks of cherries at the Granville Public Market in Vancouver, and the only reason I know they're cherries is because Carol told me so. And she knows this because she lived in northeastern Wisconsin about an hour from Door County, Cherry Capital of the World. I am that much smarter today.
