Our friend Evany was in town for Sundance, so we drove up Friday night and had dinner at a Deer Valley restaurant called The Mariposa. It was by far one of the best meals we have ever eaten, and not just in Utah. Service was spectacular, atmosphere was very cozy, and then the desserts... I would recommend you fly to Utah just for warm amano chocolate cake. We had never even heard of the place before I did a Google search for restaurants in Park City last week, and now we plan to head back up there for anniversaries and other special occasions, like maybe Sunday dinner.
