Tennessee Pride bottle of Maker's Mark

The first drink Jon and I ever had together was this brand of bourbon, and to this day it remains our favorite. While in Tennessee over the weekend he picked up this special edition. Usually the bottles are dipped into red wax, but this one was dipped into Tennessee orange, the color of the blood that beats through the heart of anyone from the Volunteer State. I received one or two texts from him to the tune of THESE PEOPLE TAKE THEIR ORANGE VERY SERIOUSLY.

Indeed, we do.
