A bit of Barney Fife in the morning

Artist Justin Rothshank sent me this ceramic mug, one of a collection of pieces he makes using custom made laser decals, china paints, lusters and commercial decals, when he saw that I had compared Marlo to Don Knotts. Love that it's both dishwasher and microwave safe. And I've mentioned this before, but my mother absolutely hates it when I make that comparison, and so now I get to start off every morning with a symbolic wet finger in her ear.
