Saturday night we made flank steak with homemade chimichurri sauce (here’s the recipe I used). One of my new favorite things to add to a meal is sautéed onions and red peppers because they add so much flavor and color to a meal. You guys, this diet is making me cook. WHO AM I ANYMORE?
