Inland Empire

On the initial descent into Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon I opened my window just in time to see what I’m pretty sure (although I could be totally wrong) is Lake Arrowhead where I attended a conference at the beginning of June. It looks to tiny and manageable from up there, whereas in a car that drive would have confused the person who had drawn the map. Life is sometimes so magically small.
