Silk patterned blouse

I bought this blouse on sale at Marciano when we were in Vancouver in May and have yet to wear it, probably because the weather heated up and I don't like wearing silk when there is a possibility that I'm going to be sweating. Today Jon and I gave a guest lecture at the University of Utah, and while going through my closet looking for something to wear I remembered this blouse and wore it out for the first time. It's a little flashy, I know, something you'd normally see my Aunt Lola wearing to a funeral, but I'm trying to mix things up a bit from my normal sweatpants and Old Navy t-shirt. And because I took a shower and got all dressed up we're going out to lunch today. To a fancy restaurant. Where they ain't got plastic forks.

  • Hugs and kisses to you, too! RT: @Monkey_Tree: @dooce he probably committed suicide because he was tired of LISTENING TO YOU WHINE.
  • Our fish just died. And I'm sitting here crying. And it wasn't even my fault!
