Yeah, it’s a fad diet and you’re so disappointed that I am buying into this crap, right? Well, I’m going on 18 months of sticking with it and I’ve never felt better in my life. I don’t think of it as a diet as much as a really good argument for giving up processed food. Friends ask me all the time where they should start to read about it if they want to give it a go, and this book is the first thing I recommend. It’s just so damn comprehensive with guides and recipes and substitutes and helpful explanations and notes laid out in a beautifully designed format. In fact, the design of the book is one of the reasons I love it so much, from the photography to the typography. Gorgeous.
