Marlo comes running in after school twirling and singing and skipping. I go over, give her a huge hug and ask, “You have a good day?”
“NOPE!” she squeals. I pull my head back to give her a puzzled look. “Doesn’t make sense, does it?” she clarifies as she twirls into the other room.
