I am probably going to regret having published this later this week when I finish the book I am currently reading (it is a doozy) but I wanted to feature just a teeny tiny fraction of the cookbooks I’ve been sent over the years. I get sent a lot of books, and there is no way to overstate “a lot.” Like, truckloads of books. Like, a whole real lot.
I’m making time to cook more often, and it’s something I hope to prioritize in the upcoming year. I’m not going to get into my diet right now, fear not. It’s been all over the place because I’m still trying to figure out how to travel and eat the way I need to eat. And that’s really fucking hard. But when I’m at home I’m trying new recipes all the time, a ton from number 17 in particular. Yeah, packing a crockpot in my carryon isn’t very practical. Don’t ask me how I know this.
