Wedding quilt

This was the quilt Jon's mother made and gave to us when we got married, and if you could see the tiny details you would, like me, want to take a nap from the idea of how much work went into this. For a while these colors matched the palette of my entire house, and although my taste has expanded into a more diverse set of colors this quilt still has a permanent place at the end of our bed. Again, this is something I hope to pass on to Leta, and I know at that point she's going to be all, um, what am I supposed to do with all these quilts? And I'll be all CHERISH THEM.
