Hand-printed letterpress cards

While Jon was in Knoxville he got to stop into Yee-Haw Industries (Etsy shop here), a shop that specializes in products such as letterpress posters promoting special events, music acts and theatre shows to handmade, woodcut, fine art prints. All of their work is custom-to-order, designed, set, and pressed by hand. And Jon went NUTS. Brought me back a bag full of goodies, including these hand-printed letterpress cards that feature illustrations from an artist named Jennifer Jessee. I love the vintage feel of the illustrations, they remind me of the cookbooks my mom used when I was growing up. I'll be featuring more from Yee-Haw here for the rest of the week, and you should imagine me writing these entries in my Southern drawl.

  • RT @blurb: Matheson, you just lost two votes in this house. #hcr
  • @ritaarens does it count if I've already beat her ass? Because I find that violence is effective.
  • @Mom101 you're bigoted against bohemians? UNFOLLOW.
