And the Daily Style is back! It took a vacation while I talked about gift guides and felt a bit slighted. I treated it with a luxurious chamomile bubble bath, and now it’s feeling better although the skin on its toes is a bit wrinkled.
Michelle Sanders, creator of a business called Attic Journals, sent me these incredible handmade journals made from discarded library books (she did good with the Charley Harper and Hippo references!). They are a project in sustainability, “working with school districts and libraries around the country to harvest their discards before they go into the landfill, converting them into hard-back journals, notepads, and envelopes.” I absolutely love this idea. And these could not be more perfect for me and my need to jot down ideas and notes. You can see their available collection here.
