Art of the pitch

On Friday morning I spoke at the Alt Summit here in Salt Lake City with Neil Chase of Federated Media about pitches from large and small businesses: what to look out for, what to expect, and what to demand. I thought the panel went swimmingly and learned a lot from Neil when he took what could have been a particularly uncomfortable question and defused it so quickly that it had no chance to blow up in his face.
