I’ve started running (more to come on why?), and this is pretty much my outfit when I hit the road. Those are the actual shoes I bought (plus inserts for my arches) and that’s one of the tops I wear.
I always wear a heart monitor for all my workouts, and according to my trainer I’m supposed to keep it at about 80% of my maximum when running long distances. I don’t think I could do a workout without a monitor ever again, it’s so valuable in terms of the feedback my body is giving me.
Let’s see if my knees and feet survive this.
