I took the dogs up into the hills for a few hours on Saturday, hills that are now only a few hundred feet down from a fresh snow line that fell yesterday afternoon. I haven’t had much time to get out and see any of the color this year, so I was lucky enough to get this time in with my dogs and trees and view of the city before it all disappeared.
This was taken on the east side of the valley looking west, for those interested in directions and coordinates and maps. No, you can’t see the temple from here, but if you close your eyes and hold your breath you might be able to feel it burning in your bosom.
