If my mother had a digital camera while my siblings and I were growing up there would be just as many photos of us sitting next to the Atari console as I have of Leta playing or reading something on the iPad. She’s far luckier, though, because my mom never let us upgrade to a Nintendo. And we had to churn our own butter.
