One of the few drawbacks to the house we live in now is the absence of natural light, so it’s been hard to get great photos of the kids or the dogs while living here. Our old house was filled with light, so we could capture them spontaneously. Whereas here, if Marlo is doing something adorable we have to pull her into another room with better light to get a half decent shot. It’s frustrating, and yet a worthy challenge, proving once again how much I have to learn about photography.
