She may well be evil, ringwormed etc, but my god, those eyes and those pig-tails, and that “who me?” face… how you ever discipline her is beyond me!!

Yes, but is she also a tub-shitting hair-puller? No?

    I WIN.

(She’s adorable, of course. But then, the evil ones always are. ASK ME HOW I KNOW.)

The craziest toddlers, the ones that would have Super Nanny resigning on the spot, are definitely the cutest. Well, that’s what I used to console myself with, when my son was running up airport escalators the wrong way and trying to climb through people’s catflaps. Those other, well-behaved little sweethearts? Meh.

Okay, you really should have named her Donette with that hairdo. As for the Moo-ing,at least she’s not screaming obscenities…And was that the Avon World Sales leader in the video??? Too cute.

Okay, now you’re just begging for hate mail.

    Happy 16 months Marlo! 🙂

Agree on the Cindy Lou Who… needed a dose of total cuteness today. Loved her being a mullet-headed evil, etc. to grandmommy also by making her chase.

yeah. the cute always seems to out-weigh the grump. not that you need reassurance…but my just about 3 yr old (going on 14) has ring worm on her bottom. took me a week to figure out that was what it was. still not sure where it came from. happy 16m!

My youngest celebrated 16 months yesterday, too! Marlo has way more hair, though. PigTails=Adorable!

Just when you think you’ve had your fill of the maniacal, demonic, insanity inducing moments, they turn eyes like that on you and weaken any strength you may have had!

Oh my gosh she’s precious.. and that video is way too much! Your mommy is almost cuter than Marlo!! 🙂

I love it when your mom is featured on the site. I love that my heart swells at the sight of complete strangers! Renews my faith in the fundamental goodness of our crazy species.

It’s a beautiful thing this Blurbodoocery.

I have a sudden compulsion to buy a million little Avon hand cremes and roll-on perfumes xD

I think Marlo has a Hallowe’en costume now! Cindy-Lou Who! Really, it’s just jammies and a ponytail, so YAY for easy!

I think this web site needs another section across the top. Grandmommy. Yep, she’s just too darned awesome, classy, loving and scary at the same time and we want to see more of her.

I watched that video six times. I love the happy baby noise.

I love the flapping of the arms and the toddler noises of excitement! You seriously need to write another post about ringworm and canker sores to combat the case of baby rabies I now have.

By the way, does the Avon World Sales Leader have any other mode besides Fabulous? I didn’t think so.

I generally act like that too around my family….In fact I’m sitting out a baby shower AS WE SPEAK.

I don’t blame Marlo for being overwhelmed with awesomeness – your mom is one cool lady.

That last picture is so stinkin’ adorable I can’t take it!! You should carry a copy of it at all times so when she’s being a turd you can pull it out and be all “Aww look at my sweet, sweet little baby!” and it’ll (maybe) help you refrain from selling her to the gypsies.

Pig tails, big blues, pillow lips, what a dollface. Now…about that sofa of yours. I want to take a nap on it. It looks divine.

Wow, Grandmommy’s hair! No wonder she ran away.

This reminds me of one of the reasons I’ve always felt a connection to you guys. Our mom’s are strikingly similar in some of the best ways. I think it runs in the Avon family. 😉

Marlo is such a cute kid. I fully expect her to be horrified by the fact that she had ringworm and a chipped tooth as a kid. The anticipation of your enjoyment in those moments must be hard to contain. I very much look forward to slipping in embarrassing pictures of my kids into various pieces of home media as they get older. 🙂

The way tiny kids show their happiness and excitement and make no attempt at controlling their emotions is so adorable. Makes me miss those days!

Hi. I’m Heather B. Armstrong, and this used to be called mommy blogging. But then they started calling it Influencer Marketing: hashtag ad, hashtag sponsored, hashtag you know you want me to slap your product on my kid and exploit her for millions and millions of dollars. That’s how this shit works. Now? Well… sit back, buckle up, and enjoy the ride.
