the smell of my desperation has become a stench

Queen sized

This dog bed has now survived almost four years with two dogs whose favorite pastime would be ripping fabric toys to shreds if I ever bought them any. Such a solid investment, and I when I bought it I didn’t even think it’d survive a month. Both dogs routinely end up in it together:

Marlo used to like lying around in it but now she asks me to “move that thing” because it’s sitting right where she would like to create her own bed out of every single pillow in the house.

“Oh, wow. That’s a lot of pillows, Marlo,” I’ll say while surveying the mountain in my living room.

“Do we have any more?” is her only response.

That’s how this shit works. Now? Well… sit back, buckle up, and enjoy the ride.
